Rather than presenting another corporate program, Laurent articulated a provocative thesis grounded in 20 years of experience: innovation is not a top-down mandate but a personal professional practice rooted in what he called "corporate porosity", intentional permeability allowing ideas to flow bidirectionally between the organisation and its external ecosystem.
