Last week, Euroconsumers hosted a dedicated workshop on the Corporate Venturing Framework (CVF) to explore how structured collaboration with startups can accelerate the organisation’s 2027 strategic agenda.

In the keynote, Laurent started off with the evolution of corporate-startup collaboration. While Corporate Venturing has existed since the 1950s, a significant contemporary shift is happening amongst startups gaining control and leverage in these collaborations. Moreover, Laurent shared how to facilitate efficient collaboration, how corporations can utilise the Corporate Venturing Framework (CVF). And how startups, scaleups, and SMEs can use the proprietary Enterprise Readiness Level (ERL) self-assessment to become more “enterprise-ready,” focusing on maturity and corporate compatibility alongside innovative technology.

Another 2-day Innov8rs conference in Berlin, the corporate innovation community gathering yearly to exchange experiences and learn from peers. I had the privilege to host a workshop on Open innovation challenges and to co-moderate another session on AI in corporate innovation practices.
